This presentation
will focus on issues surrounding burnout and its many
dimensions. This particular presentation is designed
specifically for active and challenged professionals.
The concepts are applicable to those in teaching, health
care, and law, and any other professionals working in
our complex world of the 2000’s. This particular
presentation is designed for those in the financial
management profession. We will review the latest
concepts and definitions of the condition we refer to as
burnout and discuss tools for its actual measurement.
We will review the various factors contributed by both
individuals and their organizations that predispose to
burnout. We will discuss therapeutic approaches and
other interventions for both individuals and
organizations. |
