Course Overview: |

This presentation will focus on issues disruptive
behavior in general and particularly in physicians. I
will define disruptivity and offer some concrete
examples. I will discuss the genesis of some of these
behavior patterns and why they are so very difficult to
manage. The common approach to ignore disruptive
behavior will be discussed with typical untoward
outcomes and the price we all pay of avoiding direct and
honest intervention. |
